#2 Verify your COVID-19 vaccination status, then pack your masks (and comfortable shoes!)
For those who attend HIMSS21 in-person, HIMSS has implemented robust health and safety protocols in compliance with the latest county, state and federal guidance.
All HIMSS21 attendees, exhibitors and HIMSS staff must be fully vaccinated by July 26, 2021, and provide proof of their COVID-19 full vaccination in order to gain access to the HIMSS21 campus. Masks are also required on the HIMSS21 Campus, in alignment with applicable guidance from the CDC, the Governor of Nevada, the Southern Nevada Health District, the Clark County Commissioners and the Nevada Gaming Control Board.
Attendees are strongly encouraged to verify vaccination status before arriving on-site. More information, including HIMSS21 vaccination requirements, can be found on the HIMSS21 Health and Safety Hub.
#3 Plan Your Path
Download the HIMSS21 Global Conference Mobile App, and peruse the on-site Pocket Guide. All professional attendees will receive a copy of the Pocket Guide upon arrival on the HIMSS campus.

#4 Know Where to Go
HIMSS21 in-person events will take place within three buildings: the newly expanded Wynn meeting space, the Venetian-Sands Expo Center and the newly built Caesars Forum Conference Center.
Caesars Forum Conference Center will be connected via a skybridge to the Venetian-Sands Expo Center for easy access from one building into the other. Round-robin shuttles will also be continuously available to shuttle attendees comfortably and efficiently from one location to another.
